ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All of our items are purchase from manufactures or their distributors. It could
be imported or made in the USA, and is labeled accordingly. Our embroidery
designs are developed by us and installed by a contractor. Some products may be
purchased by other sources licensed by CASE. Each order will receive a
complementary gift (at no charge) bearing a CASE trademark. The color on some of
the product may vary slightly from that shown. This does happen because of the
equipment we use to send the image to you and the equipment you are using to
receive the image.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION
GUARANTEE
Your purchase is backed by our 30 day SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ( from date of
purchase). The merchandise must meet your expectations. If it doesn't, contact
us for authorization to return. All returns must be received 10 days from date

When received, we will exchange, accept the returned item for refund or credit
of product cost only. Original shipping cost will not be refund or credited.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Stock items will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order. Items
will be shipped UPS ground or Priority Mail. . You must use your street address.
We will not ship to a Post Office Box. Purchaser address and the ship to
location must be the same.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The weight of each item plus the weight of shipping container and packing
material is recorded in our file. This data will be used to determine as near as
possible, the Actual shipping cost at UPS ground or priority mail with in The
United States (excluding Alaska or Hawaii). For those states mentioned and
Canada, shipments will be of your choice using UPS Ground or UPS Air.Actual
shipping charges will apply .
TAXES & OTHER FEES
Sales Tax: The sales tax presented on the purchase page is an estimate based
upon the shipped to address. All state and local sales taxes will be calculated
and charged at the time the product is shipped. There maybe a slight different
(less or more) than shown at time of purchase than the amount charge to your
credit card.
Minimum Order Fee: If your total is less than $20.00, a $3.00 minimum order fee
will be charged. This fee will appear on your invoice as an addition to the
shipping charge.
BUSINESS TO BUSINESS
Business to Business discount is available. To be eligible for a discount,
purchase must be for at least 12 pieces of the same item. A Federal ID # maybe
requested.
